Co-operative Education (Co-op) is a program offered by Northeastern University that is designed to enhance students’ academic experience through work-integrated learning. Our co-op program follows a flexible schedule, offering opportunities throughout the year. Students typically engage in 4–8 month full-time work terms, beginning in January, May, or September. These cycles are designed to align with academic progression and employer needs, ensuring a smooth and strategic fit for both parties.
