What is co-op?
Cooperative education (co-op) is designed to connect classroom learning with real-world applications by integrating work experience into the academic program. Co-op programs are always collaborative, delivered in partnership with the student, employer, and school.
Benefits to the Employer
Employers who participate in our co-op program enjoy multiple advantages:
- Access to motivated, qualified students year-round
- The ability to evaluate talent before extending permanent offers
- Fresh perspectives and innovative ideas in the workplace
- Enhanced visibility within our academic community
Students can tackle short-term projects, support daily operations, and serve as ambassadors for your organization while gaining valuable experience.
